FlowBook | A6 Landscape

The FlowBook in A6 landscape format connects your daily tasks with your personal life goals. The system consists of three parts: task book, goal book, and goal card. With little effort, you can identify which goals you are focusing on in your everyday life and where you would like to shift your priorities.

How to use the FlowBook:

• In the morning: Before your first digital activity, note down the three most important tasks of the day. Using the goal card, assign them to your life goals. This helps you become aware of what you are spending your time on.
• In the evening: Check which tasks you have completed, what went well, and what you learned from the day.
• On the weekend: Look back at the week. Which goals have you moved closer to? Which ones would you like to focus on more in the future?

This is how you create a clear connection between what is important to you and your daily actions.
