Mindfulnessence

This is part 1 of mindfulnessence: The Goal-Setting Workbook (eulogy, bucket list, areas of life) with which you can identify and define your goals and then break them down into yearly, monthly, and weekly goals.

The mindfulnessence timer combines the approaches of Covey and Carroll. This means mindfulnessence combines mindfulness with the organization of essence. The concept consists of two parts:

2. "Mindful Daily Planning"
